As a Henderson and Las Vegas real estate professional with more than 22 years of experience helping Current Homeowners, Sellers/Buyers and Relocating Families successfully navigate the Southern Nevada real estate market.
I feel my strengths are in residential real estate, with an emphasis on strategic home marketing, accurate pricing, skilled negotiation, and personal representation from the first conversation through closing.
For homeowners considering selling, I believe successful marketing begins long before a property goes on the market. I'll work with Sellers to evaluate their home's position in the current market, develop the right pricing strategy, prepare the property for potential Buyers and create a marketing plan designed to generate maximum exposure and strong Buyer interest.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I'll develop a strategy around the individual property and the Seller's goals. Throughout the process, clients receive direct communication, straightforward advice, and the benefit of more than two decades of real estate experience.
I also work with Buyers throughout Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley by helping them evaluate properties, understand market value, structure competitive offers, negotiate effectively, and make informed real estate decisions.
